fix: Regression on reasoning time

PR #1253 fixed reasoning time calculation for APIs that return reasoning
content in `delta.content`, but introduced a regression for those
returning it in `delta.reasoning_content`. This commit fixes the
regression.

输入第一个字符为@符号的时候可以呼出选择模型的列表

一次只能选择一个模型，选择后自动关闭。选择过的模型不在出现在列表，避免删除模型的时候显示异常。
